UTAH CCW CLASSES PUT ON HOLD!!
To prospective Students from Bill Buvinger Certified Utah CCW instructor.
I will not be conducting Utah classes anymore (at least for a while) as most of the people wanting a Utah permit are wanting to carry in Nevada. As of 1 July 2009 Nevada will not honor either Utah or Florida permits as those states do not require live fire in their classes. I have always required it in my classes but Utah does not require it. I think this is the reason Nevada will not honor Colorado permits since the law only requires a gun safety course (i.e. the 3 hour motel courses given by the Front Range people over here.)
Please pass the word about Nevada.
Bill
